These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Royal Casino mobile application ("the App"), operated by Royal X Games ("we," "us," "the Company"). By downloading, installing, or using Royal Casino APK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the App constitutes a binding agreement between you and Royal X Games. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or bet offered on Royal Casino. We verify age during KYC checks using government-issued documents. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be terminated, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Royal Casino is designed for users in Pakistan and selected jurisdictions. Access from countries where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law is your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee service availability in all regions and reserve the right to block accounts originating from restricted territories.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an account, you must provide:

• A valid mobile phone number
• A unique username and strong password (minimum 8 characters, including letters and numbers)
• Accurate personal details matching your government-issued ID

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300. Deposits can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, direct bank transfer, or USDT. All deposits reflect in your game wallet instantly. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; unverified accounts are capped at PKR 50,000 per day.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,500. Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: 2–12 hours
• Bank Transfer: 12–48 hours
• USDT: 1–6 hours

First-time withdrawals require completed identity verification. Daily withdrawal limits are set based on your VIP tier, starting at PKR 500,000 for standard accounts.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, you must submit:

• A clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) or valid passport
• A selfie holding your identification document
• A recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification (issued within the last 90 days)

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in account suspension pending further review.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn after meeting wagering requirements.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry an 8x rollover requirement unless otherwise stated. This means you must place bets totaling 8 times the bonus amount before the associated winnings become withdrawable. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 8,000 in cumulative bets.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (roulette, baccarat): 50% contribution
• Sports betting: 75% contribution
• Live dealer games: 40% contribution

Bonuses expire 14 days after being credited if wagering requirements are not met within that period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Royal Casino:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties
• Creating multiple accounts under different identities
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Using VPN or proxy services to bypass geographic restrictions

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on Royal Casino are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). These systems are tested and audited by independent laboratories. Neither the Company nor its employees can influence or predict individual game results.

6.2 Technical Interruptions

If a game session is interrupted due to network failure, device malfunction, or server error, the following rules apply:

• For games in progress: the round result is determined by the server-side state at the time of disconnection
• For incomplete bets: the wagered amount is returned to your account within 15 minutes
• For sports bets: if the event completes during the interruption, the bet stands and is settled normally

6.3 Betting & Winning Limits

Maximum bet amounts and winning caps vary by game. These limits are displayed within each game's interface before you place a bet. The Company reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment, VIP tier, or regulatory requirements.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

We may suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents
• Violation of any provision in Section 5 (Acceptable Use)
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or financial crime
• Prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts)
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon closure, verified balances not linked to fraudulent activity will be returned via the original deposit method within 30 business days. Bonus funds and pending promotions are forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Royal Casino application — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game designs, animations, software code, audio files, and textual content — is the exclusive property of Royal X Games or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Royal Casino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We are not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, or internet connectivity issues outside our control
• Our total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 90 days
• We are not responsible for taxes owed on winnings — users are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding game outcomes, transactions, or account actions:

1. Submit a formal complaint through in-app support (Settings → Support → File Complaint) within 14 days of the incident
2. Our disputes team will review the matter and respond within 10 business days
3. If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may request escalation to a senior manager, who will issue a final decision within an additional 15 business days
4. If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the Pakistan Arbitration Act 1940, conducted in Lahore

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
